I love how colorful the feathers looks!how weird that there's this problem with the strokes showing, shouldn't marker paper be the best for blending? I don't know because with markers normal print paper its my usual choice, it works so it's good. A little trick could be to use a circular motion to color instead of linear strokes, it should blend better. That being said I love this!! You're the best as always!
