In the movie, his hair is dyed blonde, and later it goes back to it's natural blue-black. In the book his hair is dyed, usually blonde but sometimes blue-black. This picture is of book Howl. I hope this explanation wasn't too confusing.
But... I thought Howl had black hair? (So confused)
