Very cool picture. I like their expressions a lot.
However, it looks like you are trying to force marker and color pencil to work together. That by itself is really hard to do. What you may want to try would be finding a flesh color marker. Your marker work is really good by the way. You keep all the stripes that I end up getting from overlapping out of your work.
You might want to lower the blue character's shoulder a bit. Right now it seems to be cutting into your blond character's arm. ^^;;
Something that I do to help with proportions is create a light base where I represent all of the character (even the parts not shown) as geometric shapes. :3 I later draw on top of them and erase them. Some people use them a lot some don't, however it is something to keep in mind if you are having trouble with proportions.
