Interesting. :3 Neat to see someone who specializes in just drawing chibis. You have an interesting style that you are developing. A suggestion I would make would be to start contorting your characters poses. Bend and twist them, move their shoulders and hips. :3 It really does help with showing off characters and giving pictures interest.
For this picture. You did a good job with the coloring. You managed to make most of the lines from the paper underneath it stay hidden. However there's a few areas that they do come back. You may want to work more on just normal drawing or printer paper :3 If you aren't careful those lines can really hurt pictures.
Also, be careful of different body proportions you set. With chibi art you don't need to do human proportions but you do need to keep different parts of their body the same length. For instance her right arm is a lot longer than her left one.
