sorry but i agree with both of them you need a better storyline ,more actin,and panels that go in order

I think you need to make the panels more understandable. You have numbers in the boxes to show which box goes next which is good. But I think it would be better if you ordered the panels in a way we wouldn't need them. Also try making the actions more understand able. I got kinda confused on what happened on page number 2 in your comic.

make more creative panels, and improve comments bubbles and such
