Yay! I love Sailor Mars!! She's my favorite inner besides Venus ^.^ Her hands are a bit out of proportion but that's ok, every artist can never get their picture exactly the way they want it... it's still adorable!

Very nice!!! Some suggestions, you could work on her one finger on her left hand and her earing. Keep on drawing!!!
