woah, angsty teen much? XD It looks like the paper has ripples in it. Did you use water colors? If so, try not to use so much water at once. The girl's pretty cool looking, the bg makes this pic look cluttered. You should opt for some lighter colors.

It's a very good pic, don't get me wrong. But why real blood? I think you should let your parents know about that.

The fact that you used real blood is extremely disturbing. Seek therapy. But the image itself is kinda cool, though a bit messy. It gets a bit cluttered and messy in places, so it's a bit hard to figure out what's going on. The blood and the splatters make it look overdone, I think, and the image would've looked better without it.
