That hair looks awesome! I like how you added shine to it, and gave it a flowing quality. Her lower body looks just a bit small in comparison with the rest of her body, though.
I agree with EAMR. The hands are a bit hard to draw so I understand if you have trouble with them! Just keep practicing & you'll improve even more! ^^

The head is a bit too big but the hair looks really awesome!! You may want to practice on hands a little bit too because hands are a great way to convey moods and the more you practice them, the better you'll get!!^_^
