Interesting combinationlly colours. I like the colours blue, white, yellow and black. I am not really sure about the red, why? Well, first fact- red is quite an aggressive colour cause it calls "attention". Like blood, war, love and bright thoughts. Secondly, the blue tells of a kind and gentle, calm side of the dress. Making her look peaceful and wise with her blonde hair. The red and blue don't really make well, I think, in way they kind of strange colours if it is telling the viewer something. I mean, this is all I can tell from your drawing, y'know? So... I also learned that in japanese art that simplicity is have only a few colours to make the picture look what they are. So... if you have a lot of mixed colours it's like a war. In your drawing it looks... like a peace at the down side and attention upwards. And maybe define a little more on the legs cause she looks like she has lost her right leg. when the legs are facing you a little bit, you should draw how close you want her leg to come forward. In this case you want a little more defining that there is a leg instead of trying to hide the fact there is a right there. Y'know what I getting at? A part from pointing out stuff, I could imagine this being a nice drawing, the atmosphere. And maybe the left hand need more defining like... "THERE!! THERE IS REALLY A LEFT HAND HERE!!! cOME AND TAKE A LOOK!!!" Y'know? (^#^ I like your settings!! It's very nice to see. maybe you could do a light background on the horizon.
