Yay for thick outlines! Mugen is one of those characters where bold outlines are a necessity, huh? You kept your own style, but captured the distinguishing traits that make Mugen himself (the eyes and hair especially..). Great job! Though I might recommend dulling down the blue of the bracelets, since everything else is relatively desaturated. Other than that, the colors fit very well!
