    Well done! Your style of shading makes this piece effective and eye drawing. For the longer strokes such as in the clothing, where one can't normally draw their hand across the paper so long, a circling technique may be required in order to avoid the splotches. This is definatly one of the best pieces I've seen in the Naruto category. An easy 10/10! Great job! Keep drawing!
