The design of her is nice! She looks like a fun character who's often chipper.
Most have already said what I would have suggested but don't overwhelm yourself at once with trying to fix every little thing. Work on one thing at a time. Body porportions is something that you should look further into. Trust me though, your drawing isn't too bad with the body structure but some things like her arms being a bit too buff and her upper-torso being a bit wide.
You already mentioned on your site how you are going to work on hands and feet so I'm not going to say anything with that but when you start feeling more comfortable with your pieces, start working on folds in clothes. Putting folds in clothing can really help show body shape as well as a drawing appear, just plain more interesting!^_^
But overall, it's great to see you working on your artwork and keep going with it!
The bottom half of her(around the stomach and hips) should be alittle wider, so that the proportions of her shoulders and head fit.
The reason why the neck was lost is because when someone lifts their arm up the muscles contract in the neck where the shoulder meets. Because the other side has the arm down, the neck should stretch further down on that side, while the shoulder and neck dips in and is higher on the left side. She doesn't have the chin becuse her head should be a tad higher and the chin bigger if she is leaning her head back.
Stand in her pose and look in the mirror and you'll see how it looks. ^_^
