Your picture is quite good but yeah I agree with bamboozledbyanime you do need to press down a little harder. But I'm more a black and white person myself!

Hmm, I could be wrong, but I think this could be a character from something called Langrisser or Der Langriser (japanese snes game) cus, I did a srawing of a character from that game, named Rianna, she's in my gallery if you want to look, her clothing and yours here are VERY similar. The only thing is, I dunno which of the female characters yours is of, there's characters like Sherry,Hein, and others..but I dunno which one has green hair like yours, you could try running a search about the two names and se what ya get :/. Anyways, good job, she looks nice. Something I would suggest with the colored pencils though, to get a more vibrant flare of color, push down hard on the colored pencil, so that it will make the color coming out, smoother, than have a white gradation throughout the color, like you see on the brown on your girls cowel.
