crap at shading....huh?? youve got to be kidding youre so much better than me.......besides, i think the shading looks nice....but dont mind me...i am simply a mediocre artist (if you really can call what i draw art)

I love the artwork. But i do see some shading I could say about. I may not be an expert, but the right (your right)flab, connected to the hood? I think it should be darker. and in the back of the hood should be much darker as well. But that's from what i can see. But it really is an awesome pic.

I see nothing wrong w/ your shading. I used to be awful at shading till I reached Junior year in High school. I'll try and scan some of my work onto the computer. It's really hard trying to explain how you work with shadowing on the net. Good luck with it. But like I said, your work is really good and I see nothing wrong with how this picture looks. It's great ^0^

Gomen, ne... I'm not much of an artist myself, so I'm rather biased to say that the shading is near flawless!

O_O As far as I'm concerned u did perfect on the clothes! Unless u wanna be like those angel sactuary ppls, but that literally takes forever ;_; I love this character lots and lots! But really, forming a style on ur own is what I like about anime so much! There are no rules really~ (:
