One thing is that the eyes are a little too high, and too far apart. I would also give the arms some more curves, so they are more prominent - same with the fingers/hands. Try using a sketch model first - sketch the pointed egg for the head, and landmark the eyes and nose. Then use a stick figure for the body and build it up.
