This is one of my favorites like i said before. Please be my friend(starts whining like a puppy).

I'm honestly very excited about the new level of innovation and creative thought you're now putting in your work. Rather then just presenting the characters in the way they are and the way we've always known them (not that there's anything wrong with that, of course!), you're creating fresh and colorful situations that have never been done before. Such things are what I seek to emulate in my creative processes. ^_^ Anyway, this is a VERY clever idea. I'm really glad I got to see the episode that demonstrated exactly what Shesshomaru's sword is able (or unable) to do, 'cause otherwise I wouldn't have gotten this joke. I just gotta' tell ya' how very impressed I am! I would never have thought up something like this! I find the facial-expressions particularly enjoyable. Though one or two don't quite covey the intended emotion as well as the other ones do, they still all look great. I'm especially impressed by the clear sense of direction in the two expressions in the first 2 panels. You can tell exactly where each character�s attention is. Inuyasha's pose is perfect in the third frame, and Sesshy's facial-expressions in the 5th and 6th frames are spot-on (again, I'm extremely impressed!). Your textures are also near-perfect. Though Inu's coat seems a tad too shiny in the last frames, the hair, clothing, skin and especially Sesshy's fluffy-thing are all spectacular. The pumpkin's texture looks great as well, but its actual shape seems a bit too round. Some extra width to the grooves and some elongation of its form would have made it look even more pumpkin-ish. I'd also suggest that if you ever do an intense movement scene again (like in the 4th frame), I highly suggest fewer focus lines. Though all those lines look great on black & white pics, they make the colored BG and characters look messy and add too much emphasis on the Tenseiga (you definitely want emphasis, but not nearly this much). Remember you want to emphasize an object's movement, not the object itself that is doing the moving. You may also want to work on your sound-effect/word-art. "Tenseiga!!" and the flash-cloud around it could definitely use some more color and depth. (I've been studying comic-book/manga mechanics since I was 7, so I know about these things. ^_^') On a final note, it took me a while to notice the background was just a color rather then actual forest greenery. Artistically, you pulled the wool over my eyes and made me think it was a classic Inuyasha setting in the BG when no forest was ever even drawn (This is one of the artistic talents I respect most in people! I can't believe you were able to do that! :D ). Fantastic work, Lindsey! This is probably one of my favorite pieces you've ever done! b^_^

lol...I'm not even really a fan of Inu-Yasha, and I found this very amusing. It's a clever idea, and you pulled it off beautifully...I only have one minor critique and that's Inu-Yasha's expression in the last panel...it almost looks like he's smiling. If you were going for an angry look, i'd suggest just turning the corners of the mouth down instead of up...(end nitpicking) Great piece! ^_^
