Her face kinda juts out, if you get what I mean? [Probably not, as I'm terrible at describing these things.] So maybe next time not so long a jaw?
And maybe you can make the joints in the fingers a little more defined. She doesn't seem to have knuckles.. O.o;;
Ok, I'll try and help you out. First thing is, the facial structure is a bit off. Her ear is too far away from her face. Often when a person is at the angle, their ears appear closer. Because the ear is too far away, the part in her hair is off as well. It makes her forehead seem too wide and too high. Her facial features look a bit squished as well.
The curve of her body and what-not is very well done! Her left-shoulder though is off. The position of it makes it look a little...broken. I would also work on hands. Both hands don't seem complete and hands are very important in the over-all quality of drawings.
Your coloring is nice but I would recommend doing more with shadows and color variations. It looks like the kind of paper you're using may be working against you. As in, it looks scratchy. Do yourself a favor and buy yourself some nice, smooth paper and you'll see your colors improve. Smooth Bristol paper is very nice and I know people have often worked using regular printing paper although that type of paper wrinkles very easily and also turns yellow over age. Bristol paper is thick and wont change colors.
Well, I hope this helps you out and I hope I wasn't being offensive in any way. The fact you asked for a real critique...well, showed me you truly want to improve your work^_^
Personally I think it's great. You did an amazing job with the lips...and I know how hard lips are. The only thing that looks not so great is the sketchiness(if thats a word) on the colors...the only thing I can think of is maybe try and make all of her skin as smooth as the face? I really like it! GREAT JOB! It isn't easy to just draw whats in your head. But you seem to do it greatly!
Hmm... comments? I don't really know what to say, because I like the picture. Your style of drawing is different from others, and it's cool. But maybe you can make the colours less line-ish? [Eh, I don't know if that made sense or not >_< ] But like.. try to make the colours look smoother or something. Oi, I'm not very good at advices, since I don't colour well. -.-;
But yeah, overall I like the piccie! Keep up the good work. =]
