Nice picture. I like composition and I love the little magic effect you used. :3 It feels like I am being pulled directly into the origin of the sparkles. For CC: Make your shadows a bit stronger. Sense you are using photoshop I recommend lassoing an area you want to color and going to town on that spot. :3 With lasso it keeps you from coloring outside of the area you grabbed. :3 That way you can get smoother shades without having to worry about the shading going into another part of the picture and messing it up. Also, be sure to pull the heel out on both feet. :3 It defines the ankles more. Furthermore, I would like to see you pull the anklebone down a bit more on the leg. I am glad you draw it. A lot of people tend to forget it. Just be sure to put it lower, generally it appears a bit below where the heel goes into the lower leg.
