    Wow! Very nice work, Rosa! I don't think the brightness is a problem (though, I may just be saying that out of jealousy for your scanner, because mine does the opposite. -_-'). You did a great job of transferring Legolas into anime-form. He looks a tad chibi-fied to me, which came out very nice. You did a great job of just slightly simplifying his features to make him feel more chibi-ish The simplified eyes look great, but the left pupil needs a tad more perspective on it. Great job, Rosa! You're smooth coloring is really making me jealous!

    My scanner does the same thing. If you have a imaging program like Adobe, it will fix it for you since photoshop is good at detecting when things come out too bright. Anyway, it looks very nice! Very smooth colors and nice shading on his face! You want to know though what people really love on faces though? A little blush(heh, my little secret). I add a little pink hues into the cheekbones and it really give more depth to the over-all face and it gives it a more life-like feel.

    yeah..the scanner can really sometimes finish off the work..but thuis is very very very very very very very very good!!!!!!
