    Yes, it does show^^ However, something that can make a sketch really eye-catching...is the "sketchyness" of it. When the lines are too clean like this, I almost wish it was just fully complete. If you ever see sketches made by animators and such, you'll see a lot of "ghost lines" which are the lines the artist used to make sure the shoulders were lined up or the eyes, etc. and it makes the image really interesting to look at.
