mewmew, before you insult me, I'd appreciate if you took certain things into consideration. When one fights in high heels that does not make them a terrific fighter; that makes them a fool. They will break something. Wearing a skimpy outfit will get you killed. Finding the vital points is simplistic with clothes on. Without, it's a matter of seconds. I never said I am against fantasy art; I am completely open to the artist's style. But I also believe that for the artist to improve, they should be able to explain why the character can perform such a move.

practicality in art shows that you know what youre doing. i draw demons and anthros and fantasy things out of my head, but they are physically feasible. thats all she was going for, and i for one think it says a good bit when the artist takes the time to research what theyre supposed to be drawing. sure, art doesnt all have to be practical. god, ive done my share of abstracts, but when youre doing anything realistic, it gives you some credibility when you do it correctly. you, mewmewmadi, have no right to bash someone whos only tring to offer constructive aid to the artist. practicality has a firm place in realistic art, as any serious artist you talk to would be glad to tell you.

I'm guessing that you were going for a realistic image. Kairi is just giving you something constuctive. Picasso threw things out of perspective when the camera came about. I didn't know the thing about the nerve though. That's something to tell the people of tomorrow. Personally, I like the picture. It is farfetched but that was the point. I like people that express their own opinions.

Ok, consider this some friendly advice. First off, do not draw warrior females in skimpy clothing. Are you trying to show them exactly where one's vitals is? Secondly, the band around her upper arm could not be placed there. That is exactly on the radial nerve and would cause massive pain, so much that the character would drop her weapon. Thirdly, it is physically impossible to keep one's arms out while doing that kick. The last thing on the vibrant red character, one kicks with the heel on that kick. Please research kicks next time; the way that she's doing it would cause her to forever injure her knee. Second character, the dodge would oddly enough be to the chest of the other character, otherwise she would get hit. Also, refrain from using high heels. She would destroy her ankles. Hopefully these things will improve in your future art and it will be not only more accurate, but more practical.
