It's a pretty good picture of a younger Walter in a realistic form. Though I think you should have added more of a distinct expression on his face. It's quite bland, it doesn't really seem like any kind of an appearance more than "Oh, good day" Perhaps next time maybe try to add more of a noticeable expression on his face. His shoulders seem to be at an odd size, maybe there needs a bit more shading detail to tell he's at an angle? Also I think you should add smoke emitting from his cigarette.
