Don't worry, I'm not going to flame you. :) Not a bad sketch. You've definitely got the look of the characters nicely, in their hair and the shape of their faces. Their expressions are appropriate, especially in their eyes; just right for both Uo and Hana. It does come across nicely as a shoujo-ai picture.
