Oh, this is all completely done in photoshop CS2, although just about any photoshop would suffice for doing the stuff I did on this.

i woulnt know whats happening maybe ed's messing with luffy's lunch to tick him off or something..... but i love the textures and stuff what did you use to draw this oil pastels or paint or something?
