Mastering that simple detail adds loads of quality to the pic. But I'm a little iffy on the shirt-decal. I know a7s is a head-banger and all, but that looks like a satanic symbol, I believe. You sure that's appropriate to be putting in a picture of a friend? And I'm not sure if it's related to the above paragraph or not, but I can't quite read the writing on the shirt. Most everything else looks good, though. The hair and face came out nicely. Almost semi-chibish. Nice work with the pose and stature as well. The lean in the knees and the curvature of the back are both subtle but difficult things to capture for a natural-looking pose like this one.
