Belle Nekomimi of the Ultra samurai task force (from an ealier fan art work of mine featured here on this site). This is her civillian form. More of the ultra samurai force to come in the future. The eyes are actually inspired by Anime from the 1960s-1970s, including "Tetsujin 28-go" (1963) by Mitsuteru Yokoyama, the true father of the Giant robot anime theme.
