The characters are from an English comic called Dramacon (by Svetlana Chmakova). It's really good; for those who haven't read it it's about a girl who experiences love (and drama) at her first convention. She's a manga writer; she goes through a couple artists. This is Christie, the main character, holding a plushie of the guy she likes (Matt) ^^
