Ok so the name comes from the color of the skirt. (couldnt think of anything else lol) I drew this pic some time ago but didnt finish cuz I didnt know how to draw in the shoes. The shoe facing forwards still looks a bit retarded and her legs look funny. Other than that I think it looks alright. I'm trying out a new style of coloring. Plz tell me how it looks.
