First...I wanted to draw someone in a dress. Second the scanner killed it. Anyways I hve no idea why I made around the eyes so dark...but I like it! lol And I wanted to ty a different expression so I made her look kinda like shes pouting/ sad in a way. Maybe she doesnt want to wear the dress.....
