HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY GUYS! Sorry for another picture with crappy quality....and a crappy title. Ugh. CHI-CHAN DESU! I started working on this as the last art project I had to do before I moved up here. That was.....5 months ago? I was cleaning out my big box of art stuff and all of a sudden this little beauty popped out of nowhere UNHARMED! I was amazed! ('Cause that box was full of heavy junk! >.< ) The moon in the background isn't my idea, it was part of the picture I drew Chi from (I think it's from a wallpaper). So whoever did the wallpaper gets credit for the moon in the background. GAH! CHI'S HEAD'S TOO BIG! TT^TT DON'T STEAL THIS FOOLS 'CAUSE I SIGNED MY NAME ON HER ARM!
