Ark is a Drow elf. Unlike his most of his kin, he had a spirit of caring develop inside him. His deceased figuritive sister (not biological) was full of kindness she told him: the race of dark elves weren't all forced to live life in the darks of evil like humanity and Mages believed. He was adopted by Frost, back then when he was called Erebus.

In the present day, he is called Ark. This new name he felt suited his reformed life from his past of killing.
