A new Oc of mine, and yes, he's the one wearing the skirt lawlz. He's Shiro's best friend and hes kinda like the opposite of Shiro.
Hes loud and not afraid to speak his mind and he does some pretty weird things that not even I can explain. (lol)

He looks kinda like Roxas to me...maybe its the hair? I dunno. But that was unintentional. I do like the way he turned out. I like this design.

The conversation thing b/w him and Shiro goes like this:

Issei- Wouldn't I make a cute girl Shiro?
You know you'd want me~

Shiro- Issei, Oh my Gawd That is wrong on so many levels dude.
And no...I wouldnt want you...At all

I misspelled wouldnt on the paper lol. Just ignore that.
