Along the safari land's edge was a haven to kind nurses and orphaned baby girls. The cottage was tucked between never ending trees, nestled in blossoms, spun-out ivies, and alluring waterfalls.

the first painting completed for my Safari Girls commission. all the other pictures are going fine, but i'm very lazy about them lately and stressing about when i should start my summer homework for school. i think i start school on the 25th? LOL I NEED TO WORK FASTER AND GET OFF HERE.
this painting was fun though. :) i even have a little progression walkthrough thing along with it! i just need to get my willpower up to finish it, and everything else i need to do before school. KICK IT IN GEAR.
anyway, this was put in "other books/comics" because safari girls is a children's book/doll idea by my commissioners. the actual book and doll release dates...i forgot. but see the watermarks? that totally means use for nothing whatsoever because it is my art and their idea.
my favorite parts were the trees. can you tell?
