Ch'yeah. Psyke Xylander in the Atlantica world. Tail is modeled off of a nudibranch--that is, a sea slug.

Kinda wish I could've done all the fancy effects I wanted to do, but... ah, I'm not that great in MSPaint. '3'

EDIT: Hah hah, I'm a moron; flipped it to check for errors and forgot to flip it back when I uploaded it. Normally that isn't a problem, but his hair is rather... specific. 8D
