Looks like I'm jumping on the Darth Tobi bandwagon since I think it's funny to see Tobi being so dark instead of being his usual polite and happy self.
Also I think it's funny how people have been jokingly making him like Darth Vader.
I had to join in since I'm not only a Naruto fan, I'm a Star Wars fan too.

Now about picture.
I tried to make Tobi look menacing.
I think his cloak came out good especially the hood.
Incase you're wondering where the quote is from, it's from Star Wars The Empire Strikes when Darth Vader Say to Luke "If You only the power of the darkside!"
Of course I modified the quote a little bit to fit the Naruto Universe.
