Well...

From "Burnin' the Bridge," Ike-kun knew that it was his birthday and he was pretty much expecting something from Nade (GASP THAT'S ME! 8D), but apparently she said she was "too busy." Taking the moment of his attendance, she asks him to go out for a while while she prepares to make them lunch.
Grudgingly agreeing, Ike heads out, taking along his katana to go train while he was at it.
On the way back, he notices the maple leaves falling from the trees (that surrounded the mansion) above. Taking the moment to admire mother nature, he thinks about his birthday. He thinks everyone possibly forgot...
Once he came back, everyone else met him at the front saying that they're going out to eat instead. Nade says it will be a fun time, so Ike didn't argue and went along.
Arriving to their cafe La Bella Luna however...
There was a little private surprise party they were throwing for him! :D
Technically it was all Nade's idea to throw him the party. (She asked in huge favor for Roxanne to let them have it at the cafe. XD) To that, I'm sure you'd all know what her "Thank You" present was.
