Well... I made anoter Oc... still no name though, I'm thinking of a perfect name for it......

Oh all done in Photoshop 7.0 and for the background, I took it from Persona 3 wallpaper eheheh, Idk why but I thought It's quite fit for the background so yeah... But I don't know why the colour of the hat... It doesn't mix and looks like broken @_@ but oh well...
