When i saw the prizes for the NYAF contest i was like So, umm... tada?

I kinda like the outfit but i don't like the concept.

I was thinking of when i was in Japan in Akihabara (is that spelled right?) and there were Maid Cafés. (not that i went to any.) Also, i went to a Manga Café with my friend (after i threw up at a Ramen shop. I think it was the tap water from Starbucks...) So, i thought maybe Maids serving manga? I know they had a Maid Café last year at the convention.

The bottom part was just random, trying to tie in New York. (i tried to make the street look like it spelled out NYAF.)

Colored very poorly in Photoshop. I was going to be lazy and use markers but my aunt made me use Photoshop. (she took a class, but it really didn't help me much)

Working on another one (chibi) so hopefully i can finish it by the deadline.

When i changed the size to 1MB the pic doesn't look as sharp... Does anyone know how to fix it?
