For the Draw a Chibi challenge: Kita Mikichi (Eternal Rain OC) as a chibi! I tried out Prismacolor markers for this pic. I love how smoothly the colors came out. ^-^ I just hope the little swirly/twister designs qualify as a "background". ^^' (The challenge rules said you couldn't have blank space, so I added the designs.)
