It's because.
Pikachu and Jigglypuff are, indeed, ssb characters.
IN FACT, they appear in TAOMAR as TEACHERS!!!!!!!! :DDDDDDDDD Yay.
Jigglypuff's the music teacher and Pikachu's the Home Ec/Cooking teacher. :O Yay.
