Deiara's dressing as a gothic Tinkerbell for Halloween. I know it isn't Tinkerbell's outfit, but there are two things that could happen if she was wearing Tinkerbell's actual costume in real life:

1. So her bra wouldn't show
and 2. If she was wearing Tinkerbell's outfit it'd probably slip down to the point where it's revealing her bra and underwear (pervs)
