My submission for the Astrology contest :). I love how the dress came out.
Sign: Aquarius (Water Bearer)

Dates: January 20th to February 18th

Other: I decided not to go with a specific culture and give it more of a alternate fantasy feel. I wanted to concentrate more on the "Water Bearer" part of Aquarius, but I added some air elements like the lightning on the umbrella and making wind around the character that blows her skirt and hair. The skirt is definitely my favorite part. It is whipped around by the air which makes it look more like rushing water :).
