Ok so this is my submission..hope you all like it haha XD

Arrancar-
Name: Haruka Morikin

Personality: May seem like a nice guy but is truely a pretty bad-ass character. Associates with Grimmjow and is more or less very much like him. Likes to stir up trouble just for kicks etc.

Power: Is able to control the wind.

True Form (Resurreccion): The mask on his face reforms to cover over the right side of his face aswell to create a full mask, the spikes on the ends extend and become razor sharp.
He sprouts massive black and white wings from his back. His fingernails grow longer and sharper like Talons. Resembles a bird or even a Harpy type creature. (took the idea from Grimmjow's Pantera form)

Zanpakuto-
Name: Tsubasa

Power: Is able to cause mass distruction by controlling and manipulating the wind.

(I think that is all I have to put...probably a bit much...but hopefully it explains enough lol....p.s. im thinking of maybe drawing his true form later...tell me what you think XD)
