Inspiration for this one came from Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now"
I'm kinda addicted to that song at the moment, it's really pretty. 
But yeah, while listening to it I could help but think these particular lyrics fit Winry's scenario perfectly. An idea flashed into my mind and I dropped all of my homework/semester final studying to get it out on paper. And I'm glad I did! I really like how it turned out.
