I was thinking about many ways for Lock, Shock and Barrel to resurrect Oogie Boogie. One way to do it is to get some innocent girl to sell her voice and use the voice's magic to make Oogie Boogie come to life. It was inspired by me watching the Little Mermaid.

I could imagine the Trick-or-Treaters singing the song right now.

Lock: Just summon up our Mr. Oogie Boogie Man
Shock: You don't really have a choice
Barrel: All we need is your lovely voice
It's she who holds her tongue who gets her man

Go ahead!

Shock: I'm a very busy person and I haven't got all day
It won't cost much
