Happy Valentine’s Day!

This is a character I made up while I was at school; some changes were made to her so she was more Valentine’s Day type thing. (Originally she was kind of like a little sister part mutant kind of thing. But I like this form a bit better, so I think I’ll keep her like this. =3 )
