This here is the Mad hatter II and not only is he mad but he also eats fairies :) Again, he's from a rp that me and a friend of mine have- he's the father of the Hatter II and Hatter III (that's a lot of hatters!) As you can see, he wants EVERYBODY to know he's the II so he put the Roman Numerals for 2 withing his fashion statement ^w^
