Was for HalfwayVamped -Hagumi from Honey and Clover

What I like:
-Look! She's so cute~! X3

What I don't much like:
-The ruffles... it was late at night when I did THIS request and... I should've done better... *will work on clothing*

I had a hard time coming up with a reference for Hagumi from the series... I don't know it very well and when I did a search, I came to find there's a MANGA, a DRAMA, and an ANIME all for it. XD
So, I hope this pic suffices~! If not, I'll gladly redo it... XD

Done on standard printer paper with a mechanical pencil
edited in Photoshop Elements 5.0
