Second (and most likely last) entry into the NYAF 2010 Mascot Contest!

Here name is Matsuri, is going to the festival, and will have a rockin' time!

Because my entry last year was a guy, and my FIRST one THIS year is a male demon, I decided to go the complete opposite route and do a more traditional anime female character. Nothing Halloweenish this time... unless you count the small fangs. Rarrr.

Also, since the file has to be 300 DPI, why can't I fit a file that large into this site (I get a window that says the file is too large). It makes sense that it must be huge to be clear on the printed page, right? Just wondering...
