This is what I wanted to do for the NYAF thing, but there was too little time, and it's not halloween-themed. :>
I used my character Tim because he's a big-time Otaku and would probably go NYAF every year, even though he lives in Boston.

Uhh...
So yeah.. Tim... He's wearing those cat-ears that you can buy at anime cons.
He's holding a brochure for Broadway musicals/plays or whatever (I don't know anything. D:). If you look closely, you'll notice that it's for the musical-play-thing, Madame Butterfly... which is set in Japan, or is in Japanese or something. It has something to do with Japan. xD
Then he's wearing an "I ♥ NY" t-shirt. And has a camera to show he's... like.. a tourist, because NYC gets a lot of tourists.
I should've given him a fanny pack. xD
And yeah.
Then the skyscrapers in the background...
